Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, once you have access to the files, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to read the product description carefully (and ask any questions before purchase) to ensure it’s exactly what you need.

That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we will work with you to make it right. For example, if you accidentally purchased the same item twice, we will gladly refund the duplicate purchase. If you encounter a technical problem with the template (such as a link not working or a file issue), let us know and we will fix it immediately – if for some reason it cannot be resolved, we will of course arrange a refund or exchange.
